1. Who controls your data

hccimagine is the controller for data collected through this preview. You can contact us at support@hccimagine.com. The operator's registered legal name and address must be inserted before the public production launch.

2. Data we collect

• Account data such as username, internal user ID and membership status.
• Authentication data required to sign in; the production backend must hash passwords.
• Email address and source page when you voluntarily join the waitlist.
• Basic security and service logs such as time, IP address and error information when a production API is connected.

The local mock preview stores its demo session and language preference in your browser. It does not upload selected image, video or audio references.

3. Why we use it

We use account data to provide preview access, waitlist data to send the launch notice you requested, and limited technical logs to keep the service secure and reliable. We do not sell personal data or use it for behavioural advertising.

4. Legal bases

Depending on where you live, processing may rely on steps you request before using a service, your consent to receive launch updates, and legitimate interests in securing and operating the preview. You can withdraw waitlist consent by contacting us.

5. Service providers and transfers

Hosting, database, content delivery and email providers may process data only to provide their contracted service. The final provider list, processing locations and any international-transfer safeguards must be published before the production API and email service go live.

6. Retention

Waitlist emails are kept until the launch campaign ends or you ask us to remove them. Account and security records are kept only as long as needed for the preview, security, legal obligations and dispute handling. Local browser data can be cleared through your browser settings.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive a copy of your personal data, or object to certain processing. Send requests to support@hccimagine.com. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children and security

This preview is not directed to children under 18. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send sensitive personal information through the waitlist form.

9. Changes and contact
