Terms of Service

1. The preview

hccimagine provides a preview of an AI video workspace. You may create an account, explore controls, select local reference files and join the launch waitlist. Pressing Submit does not send a video generation request and does not charge credits or money.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Do not use another person's identity or credentials. We may suspend preview access where needed to protect users or the service.

3. Reference material and consent

Only use images, video, audio and other material that you own or have the right to use. If material depicts another person, you must have that person's informed permission. Do not use hccimagine for malicious impersonation, non-consensual deepfakes, harassment, fraud, exploitation, illegal content or infringement of another person's rights.

In this MVP, selected reference files stay in your browser and are not sent to the video API. A future generation service will publish additional content and safety terms before uploads are enabled.

4. Intellectual property

The hccimagine name, interface and site materials belong to their respective owners. These preview terms do not grant a licence to copy the service, branding or underlying software. You retain rights you already hold in your own reference material.

5. No payment or generation commitment

Pricing shown as “Coming Soon” is not an offer for sale. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee launch timing, availability, pricing, credits or access. Commercial terms, refunds and generation policies will be published before checkout is enabled.

6. Preview availability

The preview is provided on an as-available basis and may change or end. To the extent permitted by applicable law, hccimagine does not promise that the preview will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Account deletion requests

The preview queues deletion requests for manual processing. To request or expedite deletion, email support@hccimagine.com from the address associated with your request. Automated deletion must be completed before paid launch.

8. Contact and commercial terms

Questions can be sent to support@hccimagine.com. Operator entity details, governing law and final commercial limitations must be added after the business entity and launch jurisdictions are confirmed and before public commercial release.
